Excellent instructions sent for keys and parking

From start to finish our stay was wonderful. Massimo and his wife were the perfect hosts - communication was excellent throughout and we were welcomed with a gift of some lovely traditional biscuits from a local mountain village, which was such a nice thought. The apartment itself was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay (including cooking oils, spices, coffee pods and even tin foil!). Only ten minutes walk down to the beach (chairs and an umbrella were also provided), it was ideally located for easy access to the beginning of the promenade which takes you directly into the centre of Cefalu. The nearest supermarket is literally five minutes walk along the main road, and is very reasonably priced. We spent lots of time in the complex pool (very clean and consistently supervised by a lifeguard) and also on the main balcony which was brilliant for watching the sun setting over the sea each evening. It was a real home for home and Massimo struck an ideal balance between being attentive and helpful whilst also giving us plenty of privacy. We loved every minute of our holiday and can’t wait to come back!
