Not happy on breakfast. No value of money
Staff are not cooperative. I request for delay check out at 3pm but they force me to check out on 1pm. Its not fair.

Good food and friendly staff. Good view of Swayambhu from our room. The adjacent family room with connectivity was good.

When I landed the washroom was stinking I had to ask them to clean it up and spray something.
I didn't know that I had some uninvited guests(cockroaches and mosquitos) who did play a vital role in not allowing me to sleep well.
They say a minibar...but when you open the minibar aka small fridge...it's a rotten place that stinks and has nothing.
Then comes the mind-blowing food...Phulkas and aalu parathas were so hazardous that they might make you lose your favorite tooth.

As I have travelled many countries and being a star category, breakfast always complementary. However, they asked me to pay additional 6 USD which is very much surprised for me.

They printed my COVID test report without any argument, and the Hill view was good from my room.
They did not provide sleeper and dental kit, The property is very old they should renovate it, They should be more professional, I booked the property through Booking .com but due to their business they have taken time time to find by booking.

Rooms are a bit old, but perfectly clean and warm. The restaurant is delicious, congratulations to the chef. Staff is really helpful and nice.
Check in and check out could be a bit quicker.

Front office and restaurant staffs were very good.
Bad value for money given the hotel is rated a 4 star. I have already stayed in this hotel before but the reception service was very bad this time around. Staffs were good but not up to the mark of a 4 star rated hotel. Cockroach was seen in the toilet. Room didn’t smell good.
