הארוח היה מצוין, המארח היה ענייני ונתן מענה טוב מאוד. המיקום היה טוב ונהננו מאוד מדירת הארוח.

Location is great, about 20-25 min waking to the Old city but public transportation is very close. The apartment is in a part of the city where it is lively in the evening, but not too noisy.
The apartment is comfortable, with a nice terrace. I think it is just right for two to three people, and it could be small for four.

Me and my parents stayed in the apartment hotel for 5 nights in June 2023. The apartment is clean, have enough space for 3 people, and with a spacious balcony too. The apartment hotel manger/owner is very helpful too. He is very responsive to my whatsapp requests.
In terms of location, it is 900m away from the Central station, by tram it's just 2 stops. And to the old city it's also just a few tram stations.
I think the value for price is quite high for this property. I will recommend to other travelers.
One minor thing: The bathroom shower place have the glass water barrier, but then the glass water barrier is "open", it's without the door and cannot be fully closed. So we struggle to use the mop to wipe the bathroom floor everytime we took a shower. I think it's a very minor point, but can be an improvement point too.

The location was very convenient. We had the food market and the tram on our doorstep.
Lovely big balcony and handy that we could use a washing machine.
We had to make the sofa into a bed every night.
I expected there to be a cooker, but I think it was a hot plate.

Love this place, can't fault anything.

Location is close to a little square with a number of different cafes. A little loud for a family with kids, but the windows are sound-proof. The doors use code locks instead of keys, it is quite convenient when you get used to. The rooms are small, but very cosy and looking modern and fresh.
"Cleaning fee" was surprisingly high. Double room size is enough for 2, but too small for 2 adults and 2 kids. The area around is more for adults also.

The location is perfect. Tram/light train is 2 min walk. Amazing market 3 min walk. Plenty of great restaurants around. The apartment was ok. The terrasse was big and Jacuzzi worked fine.
The sofa bed is really only for small kids, anyone else will have a bad night. The cooker did not work properly, so we bought food for nothing. The company was very responsive at the beginning but totally ignored me at the end when I had question… felt a bit strange.

Location is close to a few cute restaurants, market and Jaffa street so good for orientation. The main mattress is comfortable.
Dark hole that seems like it was a transformed storage room.
-No real Windows. (Bedroom “window” opens onto a stairwell. The front window is clouded as it opens onto the street). -Not a “balcony” but a space with 3 huge air conditioning units that is on the street. -Sofa bed is very uncomfortable even for a child, it has a 4cm mattress (more of a topper) you can feel the metal. (when I asked for an extra one I was told that sofa beds are not supposed to be as comfortable as regular beds)
-The shower floor is pretty gross and the walls had other people’s hair on them
-Coffee yucky
-1 hard pillow each
-Communication very slow, curt and not customer oriented.
-Bag storage is the manager dumping your bags in a stairwell.
Although the rest of the building seems just fine and even quite nice, I would not recommend the ground floor room.

Great property with an outstanding location. very good proximity to the market, great restaurants nearby and good access to the trams.
