Great location, calm and serene. superb staff and amazing food. Their first flush tea is exceptional !

This being an ageing property, maybe the internal room fixtures, especially the bathroom fittings, can be modernised.

The location is beautiful and pristine. The kitchen staff prepares very good food. The best part of the property is it’s wonderful staff. Nikita, Russell and Anurag go out of their way to make you comfortable. They and the rest - are great assets.

Bathrooms need urgent renovation. Bathtubs are leaking. Hot water is erratic and a major problem. The approach road to the property is in very poor shape and it’s a tedious travel. Also the property should accept international credit cards which they don’t now.

approach Road could be repaired in the last 5 kms to the retreat. Signages along the road will help and pick up needs to be arranged or coordinated by the retreat. Contact numbers given in Booking.com are not correct.
