cracked and missing grout in the bathroom. toilet plugged for almost 15 hours. it didn’t get fixed until I called again after several hours. they added more fees to the cost after I scheduled and prepaid. Couldn’t use the pool because several drinking couples took over the pool morning to evening

It is hard to think about what I liked as the staff involved in checking us in were incompetent. Seems one hand did not know what the other hand was doing. I called the day before arriving asking abouit the check in procedure and wast told that they would send me an email that night. The email never arrived. They sent me an email which was supposed to send the door code. The word Code: was there but no number. It was hared for the staff to believe and they asked me to check several times.

Finally after the word code: that did not show a code. The description of a difficult door to enter and how to do it was completely wrong. They described lifting up on the handle and push it hard. However, the code once they sent it to me did not work. They then gave me a code to open a box for the key. Even with the key, the lock was very difficult to use/ This unit should have a new lock on the door and there should be a staff that understands what to do and how to describe it to quests. TWo Thumbs down!!!
