Location near to the beach, the sea was great.

For umbrellas on the beach i sow fights. There is no organisation. The toilet in the room has smell of pee. The thea and coffe in the room are not for free and also in the end we pay a little more than we consume (like 10 euro). Personal with no smile and verry irascibile due to cheap bulgarian sallary possibile. The car was lifted up in 5 minutes and we payed 50 euro to get it back. Only the car of the guests are lifted. The bulgarian cars are not lifted and this is one reason I will never visit this country again. There is no parking to the hotel. The parking is only for personal and tippers. I think they bought those 5 stars...because i see only 3,5 maximum 4. I was in 5 stars hotel before and I know the difference. In 5 stars you eat litteraly olive oil at the all inclusive, not palmier oil.

Everything was perfect, food was very tasty and different every day, the rooms are very very nice and clean, private beach and close to the sea, with pool BAR…highly recommend this hotel and we will come back again definitely……..

The only thing I didn’t like was that they don’t have private parking included in the price, which is very expensive to pay separately…….

Unfriendly reception. No free parking, costs 5 euros/day. Small rooms. All inclusive food 7 out of 10. Not enough sun-beds by the pool and on the beach.

We wait for a long time on check-in and on check-out at the reception. On check-in the lady on reception told us to wait, it was a single client in front of us, we wait for an hour, on the couch, after that time, nobody call us to reception. We went again and in the end we succeed to get the room, that it was fully payed one week before. On check-out we wait half an hour at the reception until the lady checked if we consume something from the fridge in the room, even if I told her that I did not consumed.

Great hotel! Location, food, services, spa zone, private beach and pool - I like it all! Highly recommend Admiral for everyone..Bravely book and enjoy your stay!

-the location is really good, the hotel is really tidy and clean, the decorations and design were on point as well, the pool was also a nice addition as well as the aqua gymnastics classes,and the patisserie was OK and with good and calm stuff

- the pool tables and chairs weren't clean, there was no food variety (only a few selections) and the staff were really bored and not polite

Size of the room and it was recently refurbished and the layout in the room is very functional. The sea view is great, noizy if the door is left open. Pool & beach big enough.

The stuff was unfriendly and rude at the reception desk, in the restaurant and at the swimming pool. The hotel missinforms the customers about that's included in the Ultra all inclusive price. For example: they mention kid's menu/buffet but there is none. When I asked about it at the receotion they pointed me towards the restaurant meneger who doesn't speak English at all and a colleague of hers told me that the kids menu is on request. I've asked for fruit yogurt and they had none.Another example is the room service, which doesn't exist. Also they mention the offerings of the Viennese Caffe are included, which is right at the entrance from the beach/pool/promenade and when you walk inside the hotele there are fridges with cakes but whe you ask for it they make you pay.

Location is the best and hotel is very well maintained, renovated and sparkling clean. The food was very good and variate each day. Best Chef, respect!! All inclusive bar & drinks was amazing too. Infinite Mojitos... Extra thanks to Vicky from main restaurant and to Raitsa from Azzurro. Girls you are amazing. Thank you for making our stay so unique. And to all the other staff thanks folks, you are working truly hard for us! Thank you all again from my heart!

- hotel beach door is closed until 8 am....have to make always a detour from lobby - Asian Samba is a bit bad managed. Food is asian because have some soy sauce..lol... and the worst part even you have to choose from a very very limited menu, it took ages to came out from kitchen. We had at 19 30 reservation , and at 20 45 quit waiting for the main dish and went upstairs to eat until closing restaurant hours. Pitty...does not recomand Samba never ever - we left in the room ( i mean at check out) some tips for housekeeping. But the boys from the luggage has a deal i think with reception and they " check" the mini bar and room so always being the first who enter in the room after people checking out...have no doubt why. They smelled that oportunity and from my point of view is not ok. - parking have to pay in leva. If you pay in ron...is always 20% plus. Is my second year next year i will be prepared with leva. I learned my lesson

-pool had cold water in it. Wife couldn't enter the pool. 3 years ago the pool was heated. I think they didn't want to open the pool heating because there weren't many people.

Initially, my opinion would have been good, but on the last day of accommodation, my friend got food poisoning after that breakfast, which I skipped so I could sleep a little more. When I tried to complain to the manager Georgi Yaroslav or something similar, he said that he is too sensitive, which is unacceptable and I would like to complain through booking

I did not like the attitude of the staff who apparently are not used to the concept of ultra all inclusive and they continuously tried to ask us for money either for billiards, then seeing that it was not possible they stopped us while we were playing without any warning that it was over the program and they started to collect our marbles from the table. The hours on the sheet received on arrival regarding access to various bars were not respected, such as wierner cafe, which should also close at 11, they always closed at 10. they also changed their menu after 2 days and have excluded the mojito from the cocktail list and they tried to charge me again. luckily I had kept a copy of the morning menu and they didn't succeed. Also, the bathroom at the Wierner cafe, the one next to the pool was awfully dirty. He never had toilet paper and the previous one was lying next to the toilet bowl outside the bin. In one of the bathrooms, there was even something brown on the floor, stepped on, which had been there for at least half a day. when checking in i had to wait for 40 minutes as my room was given to someone else with a similar name, i had to go and help the other guests get their luggage and got to use a used room, even for a few hours... w

Poor diversity restaurant in culinary preparations Pool bar witch is close to the beach it was closed, so if we need something to the bar we had to go 170-200 m Drinks bar diversity was none. Very disapointed. They ask money for Cuba Libre cocktail, but on the menu was separately rom and coke...also beer with was included was not on the list :)))). Extremly poor quality of coffee..and so on Parking is not for free-20 leva / day-and they send you to another parking lot were they do NOT ACCEPT CARD! (even if the one in the front of the hotel is free and you can pay with card) We`ve got Ultra All Inclusive Package-as a mention.
