Very nice and polite staff, great restaurant and breakfast.
The gym and pool service can be improved, although we had a great time.

hot tub bath water was yellow and did not want to risk using it.

Friendly staff
Hotel is a little dated and needs a refurb. Rooms are ok but not great. Bathrooms are tired and need some repairs / updates.

Very friendly staff, the hotel is very clean, good location, good service in general.
There was no safe, the closet was too small, the bathroom door couldn't be closed. The restaurant was maybe too small for so many guests and breakfast time was usually chaotic. We had dinner at the restautant twice and the food was ok, but the wine was spoiled.

Surprising amount of English speakers on the staff. They were more than willing to help despite the occasional language barrier

Good breakfast. Shower was wonderful.
Sunset from the room is gorgeous.
Nice pool.
Although rooms are spacious and nice, they need a little face lift. Towel hook in room 243 is coming off the wall, wallpaper in the 3 rooms we booked were pealing from the bottom, safe was locked.
But these did not prevent us from enjoying our stay.

Besides the hotel is not very far from the city center, it's quite difficult to go anywhere without a car or taxi
