Central location - lots of parking options
Beds were exceptionally comfortable
One of sofas in lounge seemed broken so was rather uncomfortable.

Living room is okay, quite clean. Bathroom was alright.
Hallway was full of dusts, and the fridge was mouldy. Main bedroom was fine, but there's like four or five mirrors on the wall. Weird design, We are students, so my mate slept in the main room as she doesn't mind the mirrors. I slept in the smaller room, It was awful. one of the pillowcase was inside out. And the bed is quite dusty, it made me itch, and due to hot weather has to open wide the window, and there's a bell or big ban outside somewhere , was ringing every 15-30 mins , until midnight. Outside the window you can see the Royal Mail depot, so noise all night. Kitchen were okay useful, and back yard quite clean. We packed up our garbage when we left and the bin at the back was full and full of flies. We paid £154 around and £200 deposit refundable. Definitely Not worth the Money. End of terrace house and parking free 6pm or 6.30pm - 8.30am, but other time you will have to pay. Should have taken some pictures 🤦♀️

REALLY great bed in the master bedroom.
Constant communication from the hosts, such that I felt that there was a genuine interest in the rental.
Ok, so this is beyond the control of the rental agency:
The on street parking was dodgy as a 1940s spiv. 2 cars with major damage opposite the premises.
Housekeeping should have checked the premises for sharp tools, but when reported, the premises responded immediately.

Very clean and great communication, everything very simple to understand. Every email answered quickly and nothing was too much bother. Would definitely use this place again.
It is in a busy town centre so if you do not like noise not the best location but this did not bother me as at night it was quiet.
