Loation was excellent getting around Orange. Owner was welcoming and quick to respond to questions. Very tidy small space. Very quiet and comfortable.

The accommodation was very clean and in a good location.
We had not expected the living area /kitchenette etc to be so small. I knew that the property was not labelled 'accessible' but I found it quite difficult to move about. Compared to similarly advertised properties we have stayed in this property was extremely small and did not have even have room for a small table.
Size. No place for luggage and no table/chairs. OK for 'room only' but not as a 'studio'.
