Небольшой отель. Занимает один этаж. В жилом доме. Нам все понравилось. Все основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Очень выгодное месторасположение. Любезный и отзывчивый персонал.

Есть одно маленькое НО. По улице, на которую выходил наш балкон, вечером едет молодежь в традиционные для Баку места развлечений. Оказалось, что включать авто музыку на предел звучания и открывать окна машины так, чтобы её слышали жители ближайших кварталов - бакинская субкультура.

Very good price, very good service. We felt like home! The bed was so comfortable, the location was excellent (very close to restaurants, nightlife, historical places and the seaside. We walked approx. 15 minutes to anywhere when the weather was not cold. The room’s decoration was nice and comfortable as well. Very clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly, generous and thoughtful, they greeted us with our favorite dessert, baklava and didn’t forget our birthday by offering us a huge chocolate birthday cake! :) Thank you again for your exceptional service.

It can get noisy at night on weekends. And Baku is a windy place, the balcony got dirty with pollens and dust, but it’s Mother Nature’s way of bringing spring to the world :)

Thanks to the hotel management they are very polite and supportive. Special thanks to Mr. Orkhan who made my stay so special with his kindness support and advice about the city and recommended places. In my future visits I will come to this hotel again. Regards

My family and I have stayed here and we highly recommend. We have stayed in many other hotels around the world and it is always "the people" that make the difference. These guys were literally amazing. One of the best boutique hotels in baku great location in the heart of baku everything within walking distance great hotel for exploring the city inside out.
