Location and size and outdoor patios
Overall not clean inside..floors, dusty, showers moldy. Owners may have not been told the cleaning crew was not doing good job. Beds not comfortable.

2 1/2 baths were nice to have and the location was so close to Ole Miss and close to a gas station, liquor store, and Lost Pizza Restaurant. it was nice and quiet and would love to stay here again!
Some of the properties were not as kept up as others but that wasn’t the case with this property. Maybe an HOA can address?

There were enough bathrooms.
The one bed leg is coming off. Hardly any water pressure in the showers. We couldn't get it warm enough on the main floor.

The property was clean and roomy. It is in a great location, close to everything.

The house was exactly like it was in the pictures. Very roomy, clean, nice location. I loved the back yard. I love the water pressure in the tub.
The only thing that I did not like was the bed keep moving. I tried several times to get it to lock in place, however it did not work. I would suggest investing in bedframes that do not have wheels

I like the size and cleanliness of the condo. I also really liked how well stocked it was with just about everything! We were so very close to MTrade Park, so that was a bonus! (We were there for baseball tournaments all weekend.)
