Clean room, great WiFi, washing machine in room, having 7 11 downstairs was handy, above average bed and bedding, Netflix on TV, massive jug of water.

Soo a few things.. Literally surrounded by slums for a few blocks, place is heavily guarded which just ruins the atmosphere you want at a motel, only one lift working so being on the 16th floor average wait time was like 5 mins or more just to get down or up(being a smoker this was super frustrating), no coffee supplied or coffee shops closeby, people at the reception weren't overly welcoming as I'm used to in phillipenes, rooms aren't sound proofed, no lock box.

The room was really nice and cozy.

The staff is rude. We requested to check out at 15:00 and got a confirmation but the staff went to our room at 12:00 and asked us to leave the property and even threatened us that we will be charged more if we would stay longer. It was so rude and so unprofessional.

The location is across Mabolo Church and this is our 2nd time we went to Persimmon what I like about the place is cleanliness and also the infinity pool. My kids love to swim there. My family has a great quick vacay at their condo. Thank you!

It took 1hr waiting time for us to get to room because they are unaware we are coming. Also, it takes hours for us to get water. We have to manage to check it under toilet bowl. The hot and cold water is not working. But overall the place is 10/10.

The location is great and the apartment has all what you need.

There was no kitchen cloth or napkins

We love how spacious it is for a studio and how we were able to use the appliances well.
