Screened in balcony with beautiful view of the beach/gulf. Our unit provides a well equipped full kitchen with open concept dining and living room as well as a laundry room. Our smoke free condo has 2 bedrooms each with comfortable king size beds. We offer complimentary beach towels, chairs sand toys and a cooler for use during your stay. In the main lobby there is a great selection of novels to borrow.  There is a lock box for contactless self check in/out in our security contained building. Many attractions, parks, local shops, cafes and restaurants are within a short walk, while major department, grocery stores and shopping centers are just within 10 minute drive. As well the Suncoast Trolley stops in front of the building allowing you to explore all the area beaches, restaurants and attractions along the Gulf Coast from Clearwater, St Pete’s and John’s Pass.
