Facilities were limited but perfectly adequate for our needs. The hotel manager was exceptionally helpful in all manner of things including organising transport and even helping us book an alternative Hotel when one of the stays later in our holiday fell through unexpectedly. The payment method was a bit of a pain but credit card facilities were being organised while we were there so should not be a problem in future. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

It is a little way from the centre of the city where the big hotels and restaurants are located but, in fairness, we did find good places to eat within walking distance

Dash Hotel is a good mid range city hotel with no discernible drawbacks as long as you do not require twin beds. Perhaps, however, it is a victim of its own branding hype which is the only thing that sets it apart from other mid range hotels. Our stay was comfortable, the location on a side street opposite a temple was quiet. Banks, restaurants, 2 cineplexes and a Smart Reliance department store and supermarket were less than a 5 min walk. Nampally rail station is a 10 min taxi ride. The room was clean and tidy with a good hot shower. The beds were comfy and the staff were obliging.

Twin rooms are NOT available despite the option of twin beds in Booking.com. Following a series of customer friendly text messages prior to our stay, our expectations of ‘Dash Hotel Affordable Luxury’ were high. We had specified a twin room as our requirement and this had been confirmed by the hotel. On arrival and following a laborious probably unnecessary series of form filling, we were shown to a room reeking of stale cigarette smoke which we immediately refused. We noted that the ‘twin beds’ were two separate mattresses on a single double plinth which could not be separated. We explained that twin beds should be separate and not immediately adjacent. After much deliberation and negotiation, we were offered a larger room with a super king size double and an additional single mattress for the floor at no extra cost. Reluctant to change hotel, we agreed.

Neat and clean, good location and access to nearest metro station Narayanaguda. Recommended for people to choose with affordable rate. If they serve Breakfast still will be good. Went outside for breakfast and dinner.

If complimentary breakfast included, it is a great place to stay in hyderabad.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, cleanliness is topnotch. The look of the hotel is very good on the inside.

1)The ramp to the parking in the cellar is quite steep and narrow. You need some skill to park or get the vehicle out. 2) The rooms are very small, hardly any place to walk.The size of bed is small and not as claimed. If they say it is king size, only 2 people can sleep and no place for child. You have to book an extra mattress which is chargeable at 800/day. 3) The hotel is seriously understaffed, only one single person manages reception, room service, getting breakfast from outside etc., but he is very helpful and gives his best.

Staff were courteous and attended to our requests. They offered luggage storage past our checkout time.

The location was very bad. It was in a narrow street and the suburb was very noisy and dirty. There's a temple opposite the hotel and morning was very noisy with music playing over the speakers. Linens were dirty and we had to request them to the replaced.

We did not have breakfast. Location was comfortable as it was very near the Kacheguda Rly Station. Staff were very helpful and very polite and customer friendly. Amenities provided were good and sufficient.

We arrived by train at 11:55 PM in the night. Because of the Check-in policy, we had to forego almost 12 hours of our paid rentals. But on the day of our departure we HAD to check out by 10 AM and were left out on the limbo because our train was only in the evening 7 PM. If our check-out was the same as our check-in time, it would have been very USEFUL and WORTHY The hotel needs to shift to 24 hour policy so that customers can check out at the time that they had checked in without losing out on the paid rental amounts.

Only one person, named Abhishek, was helpful and assisted in resolving my issue.

No kitchen in the hotel so you have to order food from outside or go out and eat. No noise insulation, so road noise is heard inside. Stinky washroom, bathroom fittings don't work properly. Approach road to hotel is a narrow lane & hotel is on second floor. They ask you to pay using cash or UPI, no credit card.
