When booking this apartment pay very accurate attention to the notes provided in the Company section. The construction works take place in the next apartment right behind the walls, the noise is so loud you can't hear someone in your room speaking. It is not a renovation with some noise. It is the sound of ruining walls from 9 am to 6 pm during working days. So, you cannot stay in the apartment during these hours. The apartment is on the ground floor, two bedrooms are thus quite dark and you can always hear the building entrance door slapping. The third bedroom's window is looking into the garbage place, so you will enjoy garbage trucks a few times a day, also in the mornings. There are no ventilators and towel hooks in the bathrooms, you will need to sort out how to keep your towels (or any other clothes) dry. Electricity is of low capacity - you cannot keep the water boiler on along with any other appliances, which is not convenient as at some point if you forget to switch it on again you will be out of hot water in the bath. There are no air conditioners.
