Nice and the price
Guest tub has discoloration on tub wall side from the appearance of soap scum in the tub!! Light fixture above washer and dryer is falling out of the ceiling,the  door knob going to back deck, is about to fall off !! (Gets stuck) you might not get back in !!

lots of stairs to get to room, water in kitchen and guest bathroom didn’t get hot, main bath sink needs repairing
