Very clean and well located apartment I recommend

It took a long time longer than estimated to return the deposit and this caused me a lot of trouble. It took more than 10 days to return the deposit

Was clean enough

Check in very difficult. Did not know about how may sets of stairs and no lift. Very dodgy location. Cobwebs around and a couple of spiders in flat. Flat is not as per photo - that must be a bigger one. Also no shower tray, uncomfy bed, did not feel equivalent to a hotel stay.

The apartment was very spacious and clean and in a convenient location.

Booking confirmation stated "bathroom with a shower". However the apartment had a bath only with no overhead shower or standalone shower. I would definitely not have booked this property if I knew it did not have a shower. When issue was raised with property I was advised that listing stated "bath or shower" and also advised of disclaimer relating to photos used in respect of property. Bathroom also had no mirror for shaving. We were also informed prior to arrival that dishwasher could not be opened / used.

Close to quayside as specified and central location. Clean. Well equipped in kitchen ware for a small apartment

Was quite noisy on an evening with doors banging. Bed was lumpy. No where to hang coats in entrance Shower had no power

Awful location - I felt unsafe as a woman staying alone. Lots of banging doors and screaming. Came out of the apartment in the morning to find a man asleep on the hallway floor. Practically no wi-fi connection. The bathroom smelt. VERY expensive for such a place - more like a halfway house than ‘luxe’. I left early.

Location was perfect Facilities were great especially in the kitchen-literally had everything you needed

View was of the centre of the building which was filled with pigeons. The pigeons were extremely loud resulting in a restless night sleep.

The apartment is very centrally located and good value for money. It's extremely clean and well laid out. I'd be happy to stay there again with just a few minor adjustments.

I didn't received the check in email and so was standing outside the apartment calling the contact number for the code to enter. The lock on the main door to the building was broken so anyone could, and did, walk in - on my third night there a homeless person was sleeping in the stairwell - however the main door had been fixed by the time we left. The cylinder lock on the apartment itself also didn't close properly so the bolt had to be locked every time we entered or left the apartment. The fire door to the back of the building was also constantly left open - it led to the bins and there was a constant presence of flies in the building. Some of these problems were obviously not the fault of the apartment owners - but they made us feel less secure in the apartment. While the apartment itself has been beautifully designed and laid out with care, there is no shower - only a bathtub (which is weird), and no mirror in the bathroom. The main problem with the apartment however, is that the one existing window is sealed so it's extremely stuffy on a hot day. There are 2 skylights in the roof that open and allow a little breeze, but bizarrely, they have no blinds so the one above the bed lets the light in directly onto your face (which could be as early as 5am in the summer) - not good for light sleepers. Also, the sofa bed is not comfortable.

Unfortunately this property had glass left on the floor which I stood in and cut my foot, I also had two dogs with me who luckily did not stand in any. I raised this but have had no response at all! I was accused of my dogs barking, which they did once when someone knocked at the door… which most dogs would do! The place is not dog friendly at all, everyone within the building was not welcoming to dogs. I would not recommend this place for dogs. I also came back to find someone asleep in the corridor with a horrendous smell, the front door was not locked at the time so anyone was able to enter.

We liked that everything was within walking distance. Close to the shops and restaurants

Had to upload additional information to get access information and the link they sent didn’t work. There was no shower only a bath. No mirror on any wall. Some debris on the floor in the bedroom. Seedy area and looked like it may have been a building used for emergency accommodation

The bed was comfortable

It’s self check-in, unfortunately on arrival there were no keys for me so I couldn’t access the apartment. I arrived just before 10pm so luckily was able to call someone to help - but got disconnected. Someone did come out and let me in but I felt very unsafe on my own as the location is not great. I have had no communication from the company to apologise or even offer compensation. Will not be using them again.

No AC; No proper windows for ventilation. Internet connection was so bad. No internet connection the entire stay. Called the customer service and asked for electric fan coz its so hot, they said cant do anything about it. Bad cust care. False advertisment.

It’s a modern apartment in the centre of town and close to parking.

There were dead flies everywhere. Loads of them. And then a load more flying about. When I arrived there was no key in the lock box. A member of the team came out quite quickly and mentioned the cleaner had been in to spray fly spray so company was aware of the office but should have gone back to sweep up the dead flies. There is also a bird nesting in the roof right in the wall in the bedroom and was ridiculously loud! Not even joking - the bird was constantly banging the wall. I think it’s nesting in the black walkway between the block of flats and the old co-op building. The walkway below also acts like an echo for any noise and I was woken up a few times by the drunk people in the street below.

Good location though 2 fights broke out outside and had to call the police. Near parking lots just a 2 min walk and on the Hugh Street

Broken lights, broken window, broken washing machine, horrible building manager (a number of other travellers in the group had other apartments said the same). We could have the bits fixed while there as we were working ling hours in the evening at the theatre then slept in the day but I expected them to not be broken in the first place for what we paid. Whatever you do DO NOT PAY YHE DEPOSIT you will never get it back. We have left a bowl in the bathroom, it was in my hand as I was clearing up I put it down and completely forgot to put it in the kitchen. Also they claimed the worn away carpet was out doing and that we were slamming doors ...no evidence to that and the wear and tear was in that dingy place before we got there. We've been on tour for 8 months this has been the absolute worse place.

Nothing I would never stay at this property again they were the most unhelpful rude dirty place I've ever stayed. Not to mention said we had been smoking when we hadn't so robbed our deposit DONT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Relatively easy maybe extra signage to say key safe this way might be helpful as you have letter boxes as soon as you walk in and May confuse them for each other

Flat was immaculate. Staff were really helpful getting us extra bedding / pillows.

We set off on trust now knowing key collection details and what emails we would receive at what times to get into the property. It all worked out perfectly in the end (we would definitely visit again), but would have been less stressful knowing a bit more before we left!

The actual address is 4 Cox Lane corner Carr St. It took 25 minutes to find the entrance of building once dropped at Carr St, and Google maps is also wrong. The picture in the main room was skew. There were multiple damages and I had to take 28 pictures of damaged items

Very clean and modern type of apartment.

The heater stop the heating in the mid of the night.

No dishwasher as promised and the water was cold
