Отличное расположение!В тихом месте.Номер был с видом на трамплин,посмотрела на летающих лыжников!
Чистые номера с хорошим интерьером.Вкусная еда в ресторане Ulys .
Омлеты и каши на завтраках как из детства от бабушки.
Но больше всего тронула сердце лояльность отеля в лице Павла (ресепшн). При отсутствии свободных номеров и невозможности зарезервировать через Booking ,ребята нашли мне номер!А вечером смогли организовать столик на концерт,проходящий в их уютном ресторане!
Я много где бывала,но такая клиентоориентированность меня просто потрясла!
От всей души желаю этому дружному коллективу процветания!

Выбрали эту гостиницу из-за удобного нам расположения. Хотя прилетели очень поздно, ребята на ресепшен заселили быстро и легко. Комната была просторной с панорамными окнами с видом на город.
Завтраки конечно надо улучшать. Мы спустились за полчаса до окончания завтрака и ничего существенного уже не осталось. Девочки спросили номер комнаты но не удосужились объяснить что и как. Пришлось искать самим все.
Когда выезжали из гостиницы, был корпоратив и было проблематично уехать на такси.

Nothing to be like in this hotel.
They charged me very big amoung of money only I check in at 11:00. I accepted after overnight flight but they didn’t care. 113 EUR became 170 EUR
After shower all bath was under water.
Not professional employees.
They also charged tourist tax that was not mention anywhere because I am not Kazakh.
Not recommend anyone.

one king bed in reality appeared to be two single beds which was quite uncomfortable to sleep on

New, clean, beautiful hotel with a restaurant on the side. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. I loved the room design. Housekeeping always tried to make sure that I have everything I needed. Highly recommended the hotel because I booked for2 nights to give it a shot but since I liked the place, I kept extending my stay.
The gym is not available.

very nice room. clean and modern, good tv, nice facilities. good breakfast and restaurant.
far too hot. thermostat at 31 degrees is an issue. couldn’t easily change it. needed maintenance.

Restaurant operates separately from the hotel - I can’t sign my bill for the room, rather unusual for a hotel

Nice view and helpful reception.
Mini bar was empty and windows were dirty. I specifically bought a room with a nice view to make photos, but was disappointed.
