Great little vacation! Parking right next to unit ! Location was perfect right in the middle of everything but not directly in the hustle of the broad walk! Clean nice unit! Beach and restaurants were just short walk away! Definitely would stay again!

Sheets were dirty and stained (clearly used and never changed) and floors were dirty. Kitchen did not have toaster oven as shown. Called and texted multiple times, and kept getting the run-around for hours. Someone then showed up early morning day after check-in to give us clean sheets. Vacasa said it was our fault not letting those people in to clean that morning (our family members were in shower or getting dressed).

Excellent location! Quaint Art Deco beach house divided into 2 studios. parking for your unit included. Quiet street.
We loved the studio…but can suggest to put in a table to eat at…and a kitchen sink would have been handy. in our unit the cutlery was not clean…we used our own. Also would have been nice to have access to a bbq.

The room was clean and good size. It was 1/2 block from the beach. There was free parking.
The TV did not working had to go outside to check the connections wiggle the wires as the text message suggest l do. No staff on property. Low water power in shower. They charged me $300.00 for cleaning no service done while there. The fridge was noisey the fan made a noise woke me up a couple times each night.

Location is excellent. Redsidential feel. Unit is set up nicely, comfortable. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. The appliances are new and functional [NO STOVE or hotplate] Plenty of towels.
THE BBQ PICTURED had rotting rusty grates. We called VACASA and TWO DAYS later the 'manager' showed up and told us the BBQ wasn't included DESPITE being CLEARLY pictured in the listing. We bought out own grate, but NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THE MANAGER. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper and paper towels provided.

The location is excellent, the street was quiet at night and made it easy to sleep.
Water pressure in the shower could have been better, but I would definitely stay there again
