I loved the reception area, restaurant, pool area.
I found my room a little musty when I arrived, the door to the balcony was hard to open. But overall it was clean

The property is perfectly located close to the beach. all amenities are close by and it is clean, functional and well presented.
One issue we did have is that the shower leaked a lot of water out onto the bathroom floor through the gap in the shower door. This could be a slip risk and could end up on the carpet in the bedroom which would damage the carpet.

Really comfortable studio with balcony. Fantastic outdoor swimming pool and restaurant. Easy access to lovely beach. 7 Eleven opposite but easy to get a bus into Maroochydore.
The apartments are opposite the local airport but it's not very busy and certainly didn't detract from our stay.

Although fairly small the room and bathroom were perfect for single person or couple that are more interested in spending time at pool or beach than sitting in room. Very clean and the shower was brilliant. TV channels a bit basic and no Optus for the soccer.
