The bathrooms were a bit dirty

Convenience to local attractions. Great outdoor spaces and good facilities for self catering.

Located near a small river, where you can see platypus when you're lucky. That is the only reason why this accommodation gets two points :D

Hard to find the reception because it's located at the nearby hotel around the corner. Had to ask a woman who lives there to find it, the old reception is no longer in use. The staff was also not very friendly and a bit rude. It's not really clear where to Park the car, because there are no designated parking spots. We slept in the run down Wombat cabin. The whole time the water tap drops and the carpet was moulded. The cabin was also not clean, spider webs every where, dirty bedsheets and it smells horrible. At night it's cold inside the cabin, but if you turn on the electric heater it stinks awfully. The external bathrooms were also dirty and were sometimes blocked for no reason One of the worst Accommodation of our life.

Es un sitio mal mantenido donde un poco de cuidado convertiría el lugar en uno de los mejores sitios donde alojarse en Australia. Las bicicletas no funcionan casi ninguna y están casi abandonadas

I would love to stay at the property again if it was under different management. The cabin, facilities and location were all great.

Unfortunately the welcome we received from the management was really cold and rude. They were also disorganised, and told us repeatedly we didn’t have a booking despite us having a confirmation email. They didn’t pass on any details about the accomodation or make us feel welcome. And it definitely felt like we were getting told off as soon as we entered the property. It was so bad it was actually humorous. I’ve travelled the world staying at many hostels, worst welcome I’ve ever experienced. Don’t want other happy travellers to be caught off guard.

The staff person was very helpful and accommodated a change in our booking.

Arrived and did not like the look of the grounds or facilities, especially for the price we paid. Looked run down and like a hippy village. We were not able to cancel our booking. However, the park is managed by the Big 4, and were lucky the reception put us in a cabin for 2 nights for the price of the 3 in the backpacker. So I cannot say if the beds were comfortable or not. It was just the wrong booking for us.
