Clean, good location and great kitchen facilities. Very spacious and nice beds.

Did not provide enough coffee for our group. if you have heavy bags and staying in the upper units, you may have difficulties carrying them up the stairs all the way.

Excellent location close to everything you need on holidays. Spacious place with everything available from washing machine to dishwasher. Walking distance from train station in heart of old town.

Nearby apartment some visitors were all over the place and making lot of noise.

The back alley outside the window tends to have people chatting there. It was so bad that, the people are so inconsiderate, chatting and laughing at after 12 midnight when I am trying to get rest. I open up the window and told them the volume is too loud, they ignored me and chat with laughter till slight pass 1am... how to sleep for tourist like us whereby night time rest is extremely important for our day time exploring. Pillows are too soft too.

The only hiccup - there is no elevator

The location in Luzern Altstadt is fantastic. Checking in and put was a breeze. Very important, the beds are fabulous.

It gets warm/stuffy in the apartment quite quickly, but luckily the windows can open. You just have to deal with noise on the street, especially between 6 and 8 am (rubbish collecting, supplying shops, cleaning the streets).

Location was good, near the train station, restaurants and tourist attractive places.

Too near to the restaurants which we can smell the cooking in the evening. probably can put a ventilation in the room.

Great location! Nice size apartment with a full kitchen, washer, ample closet space and updated bathroom.

The one draw back was on our second day- we were trying to enter our apartment to freshen up and drop off some things and we were greeted by 10+ people coming in and out of the unit changing all the linens. We had only been there one day and didn’t need for this. When we said not to worry about it and that we would be ok for our 4 nights, we were told that this was happening. It felt like a complete invasion of privacy. Two of the female colleagues were extremely rude and mocking us for turning down the service. To make for a more enjoyable experience for future guests, I would recommend waiting until guests check out to turn over the apartment OR at the very least, give a heads up that the entire unit was being turned over and that people would be in the unit between x times.

Great apartment in a very convenient location

Host maintained communications and clear check-in/out instructions. Location is very good, close to POIs and restaurants, ample public transportations. But still a 10-12 minutes walk from train station/boat docks and stairs to the room. Easy when without luggage. No AC, owner left 2 upright fans that really helped in summer. Owner also left 2 Swiss-based converters that fit into the outlets in the property that helped connecting to the power with no struggle 👍. Strong Wi-Fi.

Windows open, soft restaurant noises from back can be heard until 11:00 pm. The soap bars were really really bad, prefer liquid shower gels and Shampoo/conditioner. Booked on booking.com but communication method with property switched to a 2ndary system. Washing machine available, but no laundry detergent found. Concerned home-based powder detergent will mess up the machine.

The location is very convenience

Awesome location in the heart of old town. Only a stairs down walk to the front of the lake and walking distance to grocery store and train station (less than 10 mins). The apartment was renovated and had everything needed, including washing machine and dishwasher. Super comfortable for family of 4 or 5. Super easy process to check in and check out.

No elevator, so we had a to carry stroller and luggage up 3 floors. Not a big deal for us, but it may be for others.

Apartment was clean

There was no AC. We had to sleep with the windows wide open, so there was a lot of outside noise. The apartment is located very close to a church, and there were bells ringing every 15 minutes through the night.. that, coupled with noises from nearby restaurants, made it very difficult to sleep

There should have been a lift to reach the apartment. Booking.com did not inform us that apartment was on 4th floor and no lift.

Everything. They have washing machine, dishwasher, nice comfy beds. Our unit is on the top floor, we'd get free concerts from whatever happened below (e.g street musicians)

The stairs. There's no elevator so we had to carry the big luggage upstairs. The unit didn't provide any washing liquid either.
