Room was fine. But the staff were unresponsive. When I called the reception at 6.30 in the morning for a tea no one responded. Had to go out to have my morning tea.
One dust bin could have been provided.
The taps in the bathroom may have to be replaced.

The rooms were not as shown in the picture. It did not seem to be like a standard double bed room . No dustbins placed. No hangers placed to hang clothes. Conjusted for 2 people. Wash basin is adjacent to bed. Bathroom facilities not good. Flush was not working properly.. Not worth for the money paid. Situated in a busy area which is one way and no proper facilities for parking as well

The IVY Residency was elegant. I adore it a lot. Excellent to Keep. I remained with my family. The rooms are tidy and sanitary. Ideal for family lodging. The staff is courteous and friendly. Coimbatore's best for first-time tourists.

There was a plastic covering over the mattress,was sweating even when a/c was on.

Water pressure was good in bathroom.
1. Small bed - I couldn't sleep well
2. No control on AC. Owner controled it remotely. It was absolute torture.

It was a pleasant accommodation smack dab in the middle of a shopping district. Highly recommended for those who would rather stay near a shopping mall or general shopping area, as well as those who are traveling in business class. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and they provide excellent assistance with both internal and external services. Due to the fact that I frequently visit Coimbatore, I will most likely come back to this property.

It was looking like a lodge not a residency hotel. Rooms are tooo small.while reviewing the images it awesome in web but the reality is not as much as we thought.

Homely friendly hotel
Only stayed 2 nights but the hotel has standard rooms and very clean. All the staff from reception were really friendly.
It is vey central and walking distance of all local shops cafes and restaurants.
Coimbatore is a beautiful historic city with lots of amazing architecture to view whilst walking to your destination."

Excellent customer service managers were so helpful and property located in the great location
They didn't provide the hot water water to bath on the first day and room service people don't know the local language so difficult to communicate with them
