I cooked my own food

The unit smelled like smoke and it was a non-smoking unit, the place haven’t been cleaned correctly, there was broken chairs, refrigerator door and handle wasn’t wiped, dishes wasn’t clean correctly, Master bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned. They offered a refund but even had a hard time getting that back when they offered it, nd didn’t even get the full amount they offered. I had to provide emails and text messages to even prove that they even offered a refund

The property was in a good location to activities And nearby stores.

The place was spacious and clean.

We had 2 adults and 4 children. The place was so spacious with fire place, 2 bathrooms, and great kitchen. Children had great time with 4 full size bunkbeds. The location is so close to the skiing place and Great Wolf. This is a great place to spend time in Pocono.

The room price did not include other charges.

The location was perfect for spending the day at Shawnee!

It was easy to tell that the property was very recently or still is under a makeover. I am sure once complete it will be amazing! The grill is not gas and I had to run out a second time for charcoal. The kitchen could use more things like mixing bowls etc. The master bed is very firm and not comfortable. When the jets were used in the tub there was what appeared to be saw dust coming out.
