Location excellent - so quiet an area yet very quick walk into the town centre. The kitchen was a delight. The bedroom excellent and the bathroom fantastic. The central heating worked well and quickly (except in the front TV area where it was longer to get warm for some reason)
The steps up to the front door very steep - fine and understand that - but were icy a few times whilst we were there and the handle was far too low a height to make us feel very safe when walking up and down. Esp with the steps being very small in depth.
The boiler was very effective and clearly very new - but was a bit too noisy for me (not the others who slept like angels!) in the middle of the night when it kicked in every now and then - It was VERY cold when we were there so it was doing its job!!

Everything about the accommodation was fantastic. Check in instructions couldn’t have been any clearer, and the host was so friendly and helpful on messages. We’ll definitely be back!!

Location, fabulous as we love Penrith shame it’s now only allowed for two adults as would have booked again as we travel with friends. Great little flat.
Would suggest a couple of tea towels , fridge and microwave need replacing, fridge door does not shut properly, microwave enamel coming off inside so do not use.

The apartment was very comfortable and well furnished/decorated. Facilities included were excellent and it's location both convenient for travelling in the Lakes and enjoying Penrith.

Front door and peeling wallpaper in hall gives bad first impression.Smelled damp/musty on entry.Second bedroom setup not very good.Electric tripped off whilst preparing breakfast.Had to contact owner.Also electric fire in lounge didn’t work.

Beautiful apartment in Penrith only a short walk to everything you need. Spotlessly clean, lovely and warm. Arrival, booking and access to the property went seamlessly. I would definitely recommend. 10/10

Handy location. Good parking. Very clean and tidy. Expect a very detailed e-mail after payment with lots of info about the property- key access, heating controls etc.
Steep stairs into property may not suit everyone.

The flat was convenient, particularly with the petrol station/spar just across the grass at the front. It heated up well and was comfy and very clean.
The bathroom fan was broken which meant a lot of condensation in the flat, the dishwasher was also out of order. It was not particularly well equipped for anyone wanting to cook - some oven dishes, cooking bowls, jug, scissors etc were needed. No light shade in lounge or bedside light in second bedroom.
