Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ich hatte einen Hund dabei ,dieser war genauso willkommen. Es standen 2 Näpfe da es gab die Möglichkeit den Hund in den eingezäunten Bereich zu lassen um sich zu lösen . Was natürlich bequem war, gerade spät am Abend.
Frühstück war auch sehr gut.
Ich war froh das es hell war denn ich hatte etwas Schwierigkeiten das Ziel zu finden trotz Google Maps.

De locatie was perfect. Omgeven door natuurlijke schoonheid en toch dichtbij geweldige restaurants en lokale attracties. Het was de ideale balans tussen rust en gemak.
De gastvrijheid die we hier hebben ervaren was ongeëvenaard. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, werden we verwelkomd met open armen en voelden we ons meteen thuis.
Wat echt opviel was het thuisgevoel dat deze B&B bood. De kamers waren gezellig en smaakvol ingericht, waardoor we ons meteen ontspannen voelden. Ideaal als koppel en zeer geschikt voor gezinnen met kinderen. Er was genoeg ruimte.
Kortom, we kunnen deze B&B niet genoeg aanbevelen. Als je op zoek bent naar een ontspannen en gastvrije plek om te verblijven, dan is dit absoluut de juiste keuze. We kijken ernaar uit om hier in de toekomst weer te verblijven!

Incredible breakfast with all kind of things you MAY need like fresh fruit, juice, bread, cakes, honey, jam, butter, ham, fresh fried eggs just made by the owner, milk, cheese and more..like at home.
Incredible location, sorrounded by green, orchards, vegetation and trees, a place for quietness, calmness, with no noise at all neither during the day or the night.
The owners, Ann and Dagan, are very nice, polite, focused to help, and in fact, very good people. I will remember this stay as the best in much time.
If ever I come back to that region of Belgium, I will stay in their house for sure if they have avalaible rooms after these comments 😂😂

Rarely seen such an aesthetically yet comfortably furnished B&B. I had the 'Zwalwennest' room, a cozy bed and a great view with a window front into the garden and the fields behind it. There is no oversized luxury here, the furnishing is functional - but still super elegant with a lot of flair. Everything very clean. A breakfast to die for! Various fresh fruit, homemade jam, apple juice from the fruit farmer next door, fresh cheese in whole or in slices, sausage, freshly baked rolls and slices of bread while still warm, a bite-sized piece of freshly baked cake, a glass of homemade crunchy yoghurt. You sit in the open dining room kitchen and watch how Ann (the owner) prepares either a fried egg sunny side up or a delicious boiled egg...
I did not like that I had to leave so early and could not stay for a while ;o)

What a perfect place! Lovely location that is peaceful, easily accessible and close to Retie. Rooms are super cosy, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Common area and garden are much more than we expected. Like everything is meant for you to relax and enjoy. Breakfast is amazing (local delicacies, fresh warm bread, some of best cherries in my life...) with interesting twist every day. Best part of this already amazing B&B are the hosts. Such a warm, friendly and fun people who really care to make your stay best as possible. Lots of little details and treats that make you feel like home. Highly recommended if you are going to Graspop, exploring Flanders or in any other case.

Everything! the place was amazingly beautiful, a lot of peace and quiet to enjoy. The room was comfortable, super clean and tidy. We loved the hosts both Ann and her husband are very nice people, very helpful they welcome you and Mike sure you are happy with everything. The breakfast was delicious and with multiple options

Really nice room (double room) and building where everything is in good shape. We liked especially: lovely details, good bed, beautiful view, air conditioning, blackout curtains, nice owners (and their dog!) and great location for cycling.

A fantastic place to stay. We will definitely choose the same hotel on our next trip in the area.
Family run and decorated with an incredibly good taste, It felt just right.
Breakfast was exceptional and I will recommend this place to anybody that is looking for a hotel in the area.
Honestly, everything was just too good to complain, we even checked in at 4 AM. What else could you ask for?
