All our expectations were exceeded. The place is very clean, beautiful and comfortable. It had everything we needed with a beautiful view! We will definitely recommend this stay.

I loved that Mr. Melvin went through a lot of trouble to make sure we get the keys quickly. He even send us pictures of every step to take inside the complex to ensure we don't got lost!

There is nothing I would improve, everything is perfect

The property is a stone’s throw away from the beach. There is a wide unobstructed view of the ocean. There are lots of personal touches around the apartment from the custom countertop to the grass on the balcony. There was solar lights and a gas cooker to use during loadshedding. The owner was very helpful and followed up to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Every was perfect from the amazing sea views to the comfort of the king size bed, the safety of the electronic gate access and security patrol at night.The complex was quite and perfect for families with little kids. The owner kept checking in and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Friendly host. Apartment is spacious, neat and clean. Location is walking distance to the beach. Great sea views from the balcony. Zero issues with Wi-fi which the kids loved and the paid TV channel options available was a bonus for them.

No fault of the host, but lack of electricity during load-shedding was inconvenient when a World cup soccer match was on.

Loved the look of the kitchen counter and the cleanliness of the apartment...excellent in house facilities. Main bedroom has a huge bed...highly recommend this place for a wonderful get away...security is friendly and helpful...together with the guy who handed us the keys...an interesting name he has....'professor'...calm...timid...and very welcoming guy...Mervin...thr owner of thr apartment is very accommodating...very througher and so helpful....his documents iro the booking is so detailed that if you don't speak to him....his document tells u the procedure....directions...entertainment...hang out spots etc....he has taken alot of time and effort in the document preparation...that's also evident in the custom built furniture he has....he has thought about almost everything in making a person's stay....pleasurable and memorable....mybdaughter says...that has to be our...go to...place ....lol....I highly recommend a visit to this establishment...u won't be disappointed...we weren't...loved our short stay...

everything was perfect

This apartment is very close to the beach and a very good Italian restaurant - right on the beach. it’s only a short walk (even shorter drive) to a wide range of shops; everything you could want is very close by. Added to that is free Wi-Fi and access to Netflix etc. It is very well furnished with kitchenware etc. Mervin and ‘the Professor’ couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. The apartment itself gets you into the holiday mood with its beach-themed decoration - we were also lucky enough to see whales (lots of them) from the lovely big balcony.

Everything... The interior has wonderful designs ... Love the kitchen.. The place was extremely beautiful, neat and clean. The host is absolutely accommodating and helpful. I definitely recommend this place if you wanna have the best experience ever. Beautiful views. My family and I loved every bit and every detail of this gorgeous place. Highly recommended and will definitely be back soon. This place really exceeded our expectations. It was my Wife's birthday and she loved it here..

I had just gotten home from my 4 day get away at the beach splendor... the photos do not do justice to the beauty of this accommodation... it had been utmost pleasure staying at this place ... the beautiful view , the personal touches to the home , the extremely comfy beds and best quality of everything in the house means alot to a guest...my family and I are grateful for the friendly staff and welcoming host ... the concern and check ins to ensure that we are okay and comfortable is not something we are used to however we were so grateful for... the stay was so relaxing and peaceful that we missed the place the moment we left... i could go on and on about how much we loved this holiday but let me end with .... we will most definitely be visiting again ... 😊😊 100/100 !!

The photos do not do justice to the beauty of this apartment. Stunning attention to detail and creative decor designs by the owner who was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Excellent value for money.

Firstly we received a beautiful warm welcoming and he was kind enough to patiently take as many pictures of us. We also liked the view and hearing the beautiful ocean sound and the kitchen interior design was just so beautiful. I also liked how clean and comfortable everything in the house was.

To be honest I can't complain i was surely satisfied but it would be nice if there was coffee sachets and sugar🙂

Great apartment, in an upmarket safe complex, with stunning ocean views. The apartment was very neat, well equipped and perfectly suitable for a family getaway. The host was very pleasant to deal with. The location is ideal and within a 2 minute walking distance to the beachfront. Will definitely recommend to others.

The apartment was clean and neat, it even has a dishwasher and a washing machine, which made life so much easier. There is even a beautiful view of the ocean, you can also see the sunrise. How can i forget the friendly staff. Thank you so much Beach Splender❤

We stayed at a challenging time with floods in the area and no water but the host was very helpful in terms of keeping us up to speed with the situation. He even sorted out the satellite channels for us so that we could watch the football while we were stuck indoors in the rain. Really nice apartment and swimming pool for when the sun shines.

Only real negative was that a guy turned up to try and dry out the astroturf on the balcony while we were sitting out there enjoying a bit of rare sunshine. Similarly he turned up at 9am on our checkout day even though we were checking out at 10. To be fair the host contacted us about it and he was a nice friendly guy but for those who prefer their privacy it may have been a bit of a negative.

Exceptional cleanliness with absolute attention to detail. Close to the beach. Gorgeous sea view. Superb quality bedding, cutlery and crockery...nice size apartment. Lovely balcony where you can spend hours relaxing. The host/owner is an absolute pleasure to deal with. So much pride clearly visible here....

Suggest a bigger Television for those rainy days.... Suggest a roll down awning to prevent rain coming onto the balcony...

The apartment is beautifully decorated, the (mostly) hand made interior and THAT kitchen!!! Probably the greatest WOW factor, ever encountered at a holiday home! Loved the view, the sound of the breakers, the lovely patio and the owner’s honest effort to make our stay exceptional! The “props” at our arrival, creating fun-photo opportunities to set the mood for a wonderful and unforgettable holiday!! We loved how close it is to the beach, the tidal pool and shops.. The tent on the patio, assembled on-site with great care and attention to detail, was the icing on the cake!!

There is really nothing there to not like!!

The view was spectacular. The host was fabulous, he went out of his way to make our weekend amazing. The apartment is clean, tidy and well kept. The pool was clean and accessible. The beach is also walking distance from the flat. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. Will definitely recommend this accommodation.
