This set up was excellent for a long term stay for a family of 4. The beds for all are very comfortable. You can tell they really invested in the important pieces that make everyone feel good about a place. We had a private back yard with patio. We had a large screen tv we could log into any of our accounts. And it was close to everything! The hosts Rich, Carm, and Matt were excellent to work with and flexible with us. We really enjoyed our stay while waiting to close on our house!
