We like the location for the event we were there for. The resort was very nice and we will be back next year!

We had our 80 year old mom and we were on the second floor. It was hard for her. Next time I will ask for a first floor room.

I enjoyed the convenience of being able to come and go from the property easily. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the spaciousness and affordability of the accommodation, as well as the size of the master bathroom.

I was extremely excited about the jacuzzi tub until I made my bubble bath and it didn’t come on. I was very disappointed. Our days were quite busy, so I didn’t find time to reach out to the front desk during typical business hours. When I called, someone answered and put me on hold for an hour before I finally hung up, so it never got fixed, unfortunately. Additionally, some of the furniture looked a little worn, but apart from that, it was an overall great stay.

La ubicación. Lo único que está cerca son los parques de atracciones, porque está a las afueras y no hay de luz en la zona por la noche. Trato discriminatorio, si no hablas inglés no te dan descuento de 100 dólares para Walt Disney World.

The property was very clean,quiet and well maintained

Everything was great

The staff were lovely from the first meeting to the last and went out of their way to help in anyway we needed. The apartment exceeded expectations. It was absolutely spotlessly clean and had every amenity I could need. My daughter particularly loved the bathtub with the jet streams. Also the 24/7 heated pool was a huge bonus. I would reccomended this hotel to anyone travelling with family. I will 100% be staying again in the future.

Close to Disney and lot of good eating places and shopping.

Quite comfort and I felt safe.

The location is good, 15-20 minutes to Disney Land. Free parking is good. The mattress is comfortable. Some staff are very nice and helpful like the girl when I checked in and solved my problems when I complained.

The carpet in the lobby was dirty with some stuff on it for few days.it seems it is not cleaned very often. The towels may not disinfected properly as my face was infected and lots of blisters came out after using the towel. The room upstairs was too noisy to sleep. They kept on making noises from 8pm until midnight . The sound just like moving the furniture （chair ）right up my head for the first two days. I complained to the front desk and wanted them to communicate with the room upstairs to make noises lower. But the man said he couldn’t do anything before 11pm and ask me to call back if there was still noisy after 11pm. I told him if the noise could not stop. I have to change room as I couldn’t sleep. It should not like that as I just had a very tired day in Disney. He lied to me that all rooms were fully occupied at the day and let me check in the mornin.I had a very serious headache because of the constant and endless noises. The noise continued after 11pm, even 12am，I recorded lots of videos for the sharp noises but here can’t share video only pictures. I called front desk again. The man said he would ask the security to communicate with upstairs. it may the time for shifting.the hotel didn’t take any action with the room upstairs as the noise was still continued. So I called 3rd time and requested to move to another room . The girl was helpful and changed room for me soon. The security didn’t check the noises from beginning to end. We fixed our luggages at midnight and moved to the new room up stairs. The air-condition didn’t work well and sounds loudly,the second lock was out of control. The toilet sounds loudly as well. When I moved to the new room upstairs. There were some children running there at 12am. If the security could check the noise at earlier time and gave them a friendly reminder. I should not suffer from the two nights’endless noises. It made me very depressed for the following whole days’ journey in Disney world!

Area was cleaned and the amenities were up to date.

The mattress was a bit old. I could tell that padding was used to provide extra cushioning. Very difficult to get comfortable on due to the lumpiness of it. I also was not a fan of the $150 deposit needed that will not be returned to my account until 5 to 10 days when using credit and 15 to 30 when using debit. Other hotels can return your deposit as soon as you check out.

Good apartment

I liked everything in the apartment, very big and good apartment. only the bathtub in my room was very dirty

My family stayed here once through a timeshare program and I was really happy to have a chance to stay again. Having the separate bedroom is really helpful when you’ve got little kids. The weather unfortunately wasn’t pool-friendly, but the location was great for Disney and the place seems really family friendly. We’d gladly stay again, and I appreciated that I wasn’t pushed to go to the time share presentation once I explained I was on my own with a small kid.

The place does seem a little worn.

They do not have a shuttle, they charge for toliet paper, there ants in the room. They did not clean the room. Bad customer service

Being asked to do a timeshare presentation. They have you get your parking pass from the sales reps and then they try to convince you to do timeshare presentation

One entry door shared with another room it was kind of scaring to have to share a space with someone I did not know.

The location was great.

The bed sheets were cheap, and the AC unit kept making a recurring spitting sound every 3 to 4 minutes.
