The bed was extremely noisy and kept waking my daughter.

The kitchen sink fell, the bathroom water did not drain and also was very dirty had to clean since day 1. Also the stove stop working. We also called the company they said they send someone but no one come and they said we get credit but did not.

Size of the room, no carpet on the floor (unlike all hotels), full kitchen to cook, lots of light windows, big bathroom, starter kit with initial items for kitchen and bathroom

Cleaning of the place can be better, mold in the washing machine so I couldn't use it - one of the big reasons I went to that place was to be able to wash my clothes, noise whole day during each working day and Saturday in the Honda service station downstairs just next to the windows (all apartments there have the same problem as windows face the same side), bedlinen is synthetic and I am allergic to it.

Close to rail station. Plenty of trains to choose from to get to NYC. Unit facilities were excellent I.e. gas stove, dishwasher and on suite laundry facilities.

If driving, arrange to have your parking space and cost determined before arrival.

the bedroom has no shades to cover if you want to sleep late and the bed was a full size and very uncomfortable.

I like the apartment set up. Very modern

The mattress was extremely firm or hard. Every morning had a backache. as a result had to sleep on couch. The concierge information and directions were partial or incorrect. The valet parking was more of an inconvenience. They were not aware of Global apts. Told me I was a visitor there for no parking available. After 30 minutes finally parked car however wrong license plate number therefore I could not retrieve car in advance. Even trying to book my stay, had its own set of problems. From beginning to end, extremely disorganized.
