The lock box was a little bit hard to open and parking was a little wonkey

Clean and spacious it was very comfortable
The master toilet didn’t flush well and the downstairs patio smelled of dog pee - the artificial grass probably should be rinsed after stays

Everything was great about this place. I would rent it again. We visited a friend, that stayed in a near by condo and this place had room to breath and floor plan was so much better than theirs. This place looks just like the pictures. We enjoyed everything about the place. It has so much more to offer than what’s listed. Location is great. This will be the first place I look at renting on our next beach trip.
The balcony door couldn’t open. Not a big deal since we didn’t want our little kids to have access to it. The bed sheets were a bit rough on my sunburned legs.

Decent house and good location but not what I was expecting.
Downstairs hall tiolet was not cleaned properly, outdoor chairs and table old and rusty, outdoor lounge chairs and table weren't clean ( bird poop and dust all over them. Dead flies in window seal, stains on couch. I paid extra for this unit because we wanted a good beach view and all we got was about a 20 foot opening in between townhomes and tall grass. Definitely not the ocean view I was expecting for the price. Beach is supposed to be 1000' but no access to walk directly to the beach so it's further than the add stated. Definitely would not recommend anyone to stay here.
