No 5* service at breakfast. Cappuccino came at the end of our breakfast :-( Took a long time before taking away empty plates.

The room was amazing, the food was amazing, the pool was amazing, the staff were amazing. We travel frequently and stay in a lot of 5-star hotels. I would consider my standards quite high and I can honestly say this hotel was fabulous, I can't recommend it enough.

The only one thing was the wifi wasn't great, I just used my mobile data, so wasn't a huge deal for me.

Remote location. Bed fee of 125 euros per night for my son despite not being informed when we booked it. Automatically taking 900 euros from account to cover room tab. High prices of food and drink in the hotel. There is no privacy in the rooms. The bathroom is behind a glass window which leads to the main area so when you come out of the shower there is nowhere to change in private.

Staff are super friendly and helpfu. Room is clean and has a spectacular view.

WORST experience ever. First I booked the room for my 14 months old daughter, my husband and mom. On booking it says the room would accomodate 3 ADULTS. I paid the fee for 3 adults as well. Then, I get an email from the W that my 14 months old daughter counts as an adult. So I had to book an extra-room for my mom, which I did. When I arrived at the W, my room was prepared for 3 adults and NO CRIBS were available. Room cleaning. What's that? Our room was only cleaned once during our full 4 days stay. We had to request that the room be cleaned. Worst, when we raised the issue with the manager, we were dismissed. DO NOT BOOK. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY AT ALL.

The hotel is fabulous! Everything about it is luxurious. The restaurants are fantastic, the Sushi Chef is a master!! The beds are wonderful! It’s in a perfect location for a short walk to the beach. I wish we had stayed longer.

The hotel provides numerous seating options, allowing guests to choose between mingling with fellow vacationers or enjoying peaceful solitude. Additionally, the hotel's convenient access to the beach was a definite plus. Although the beach was easily reachable, the hotel's location also offered proximity to several other stunning beaches, providing guests with a variety of options to explore and enjoy the coastal beauty. Moreover, the hotel's pool was both expansive and inviting, providing a refreshing oasis for guests to cool off and unwind. Whether you wanted to take a refreshing dip or simply lounge by the poolside, the spacious pool area ensured ample space for relaxation. Overall, our experience at the W Algarve was truly unforgettable. With its exceptional restaurants, attentive staff, comfortable rooms, an abundance of seating options, easy beach access, and inviting pool, the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a remarkable and memorable vacation.

The morning buffet is always the same will be nice if they're will be a station that changes a little bit from day to day. Other than that we had a Perfect experience.
