The outdoor and indoor pools/ lazy rivers and hot tubs are great. 3 beach access areas from pool area. Parking garage with plenty of parking (use caution going around the corners). The staff (in tower 1) stayed busy keeping the entrance/ elevator area clean and dry. Ice machine. Property manager was responsive to my emails and texts.

The carpet needs to be replaced. The small miniature refrigerator was missing a few parts, so it couldn't be utilized fully, had to also use a cooler (but able to use ice machine in the hallway).

the kids loved the pools

would have liked to know to bring our own towels I had stayed there before and you just traded out towels in the lobby but we went and bought some and just washed them all

security was trying be to  aggressive. Been staying there last 10 years and that was that security first year. They wanted trouble

Close to restaurants and shops

It wasn't the apartment I seen on the internet but will not use the internet to book a apartment no more it was to me a regular room. I asked for a room with a complete kitchen only had a kitchen sink and also I suppose to had Oceanfront not side view of the ocean

Location was great and easy to find room and greeter was exceptional!! Overall great place to stay!

Clean and it was an easy check in and out.

The hotel is dated, all the indoor pools are spaced out and small.

Even though the weekend was cold we really enjoyed the indoor pools! and the Baywatch cafe was delicious.

The room always felt hot! like the AC didn’t work!
