No swimming pool

Very accommodating from the time I booked the accommodation. They provided us the details for the car service, answered all my enquiries re: my travel companion checking in the day before I (the one who booked it) arrived, etc. Staff were great despite being busy with people checking in and out during embarkation/ disembarkation days, food was great both in the cafe on the ground floor and on the upper floors, and room was big and quiet despite being on the side of the main road. It's central to everything and very near to the docks if you're embarking/ disembarking from the cruise ships.

Not their fault as it was explained to us that it happens in Papeete in general, but the day it rained hard the bathroom started to smell like sewage. However, once we called downstairs, they immediately had the cleaning staff come to our room and resolved the problem. This shouldn't deter anyone from staying here though!

Though the windows are double paned, you can still hear the traffic in the busy street. For light sleepers I wouldn’t recommend this spot

Breakfast next door (connected to hotel)

I'm not a fan of Rain showers but many people are; do not exchange US$ but Bank of Tahiti a couple of blocks does; 2.50 fee (our bank refunded); good exchange rate

Modern updated facility, two sets of double pane balcony sliders helps eliminate street noise, great beds, modern room decor, nice rooftop bar w Tapas. We were only there one night in prep for an early AM flight. Conveniently located across street from ferry terminal.

Nightclub next door was a little sus.

The room we had was beautiful, large and furnished nicely. The bed was comfortable as was the couch. The bathroom was also nice and everything was clean. The staff were very helpful and got us into the room a couple of hours early. It’s close enough to walk to the port or to find something to eat nearby. The coffee shop next door is also good and staffed by helpful folks.

We had no complaints. Just know that they have a rooftop bar and restaurant that has music/bands at times and you will hear that from a sixth floor room. It didn’t bother us but if you’re sensitive to noise, you may want a room on a lower floor.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und konnten unsere Koffer unterstellen. Zimmer im 6. Stock mit Balkon zur Seite, absolut ruhig. Große Zimmer mit Küchen Zeile und Tisch, Kaffeemaschine mahlt frische Kaffeebohnen! Insgesamt wirklich gute Ausstattung, alles neu. Auch die rooftop bar und das Restaurant sind zu empfehlen!

Hotel moderno e trend, esattamente di fronte al porto. Camera molto moderna, macchina del caffè fantastica. Rooftop consigliato, dove bere e mangiare qualcosa godendosi un tramonto mozzafiato.

Netflix non fruibile, e 24€ per la colazione un po’ eccessivi vista la semplicità dell’offerta.

The room, location and rooftop bar. The staff are attentive and helpful. Kind of a Tahitian ‘Mama Shelter’.

Nothing of concern

Pleasantly surprised the hotel was great, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great and we loved the panoramic restaurant upstairs. Location is so convenient to the ferry port directly across the street!

The location is good, right next to harbor. There are stores surrounded by.

The hotel is only part of bar. You will hear all the noise above your head till 3AM. Don’t expect to sleep. Called front desk and they rejected to switch another room. More, the room is dirty in corner. As long as you turn on light, you can see cockroach hiding into corners(behind bed frame/desk corner/kitchen sink/etc).

Unfortunately, due to an early flight (we had to leave at 6:20 am to the airport) we could not have breakfast at the hotel, but the reception did arrange a take away breakfast that we had at the airport.

The restaurant did not have vegan options on the menu and the arranged take away breakfast did not include coffee.

Le personnel était très sympa et réactif. C’était notre anniversaire de couple et on a eu une décoration de chambre magnifique et un mocktail intéressant. Même le petit déjeuner en buffet à volonté était appétissant.

This hotel was so noisy they handed out ear plugs which did little to drown the pounding music when you were trying to sleep. Our room was large but there was no furniture in it. There was not a chair or a drawer in the place. The location was good but after that things went downhill

Room and noise

Centrally located in a very busy, noisy and dirty road.

This is vey much a one night only hotel where there is a great turnover so the young staff are overwhelmed with people, suitcases and coming and going. The guests are transient and are very much treated as such. We stayed 4 nights , 2 on each occasion and saw only the view of the warehouse containers. Nearest beach 40US by taxi each way.

Always a wonderful hotel to stay at & convenient location. Enjoyed the new cafe next door as well that offers coffee, tacos, poke, baguettes & fish n chips.

The price of the rooms have gone up quite a bit since we first started staying here over a year ago. We booked the same type room we always stay in but now the room we were given was half the size & a third more expensive & doesn’t include breakfast.

Manque de table et de chaise ou fauteuil à l’intérieur de la chambre , alors qu’elle dispose de tout le confort par ailleurs.

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue très bruyante avec le passage des avions des voitures et surtout une discothèque voisine qui nous a empêchés de dormir jusqu’à 4 heures du matin.

Great location, great facilities and helpful staff.

While understanding it's a tropical country, having ants in the room particularly in the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Didn't appreciate the fact that we had to pay for luggage storage after checking out of the hotel.

Nous sommes arrivés à l’heure du check in demandé, la chambre n’avait pas été faite, j’ai du appeler la réception et attendre qu’on fasse la chambre... pour dédommagement on m’a proposé la moitié du prix du parking, soit 8 euros... Bref....déçue

We stayed here as a stop over since we arrived in Papeete late evening. The hotel has a chic warehouse vibe and the room was a very large studio loft with a full dining table and kitchenette. Everything was very clean and all the staff was nice and very helpful with answering any questions we had. The bed was pretty comfortable but the pillows could be better and a bit larger for a king bed. The room had one of the best in room coffee machines I have ever had. It actually was loaded with whole beans and ground them fresh on demand to make espresso. The kitchenette was fairly well equipped if you wanted to do some light cooking to save on food costs as Tahiti can be quite expensive. The hotel is very centrally located across from the ferry terminal and near the market and many other shops and restaurants in the city.

There wasn't much we didn't like here. Again we were just using it as a quick stay over as we were leaving on the ferry to head over to Moorea the next morning. The hotel does not have a ton of extra amenities like a pool, gym etc. so it is quite minimalist and not really a vacation destination hotel as it does not provide a ton of bang for the buck being rather expensive for what you get but so is everything else in French Polynesia.
