It has an UPGRADED air conditioner. Many trailers do NOT have the AC capacity for Texas summers. Ours does. When it was replaced, it was replaced with the biggest and best AC available. The fun really happens outside with the awesome awning and outdoor speakers. The 32" Smart TV can be easily moved from the inside of the trailer and hung on the wall outside of the trailer to watch the big game. We have equipped this trailer with some items for your enjoyment at the state park, beach or RV resort. We have several folding chairs, pots, pans, dishes, knives, and basic toiletries. Don't be intimated by its size, this trailer is far lighter than it looks at less than 5000 pound dry weight! If you have a half ton truck, Tahoe, Suburban, or Expedition this trailer is ready to roll! IMPORTANT: This trailer is BYO linens. The beds will have only covers on them. We recommend blankets and sleeping bags, or go crazy and bring actual sheets and comforters.
