Great location

I got no wifi on my last date there.

The location was perfect for Park City Ski lifts, just a 5 minute walk. It was great to have laundry facilities at the property. The mattress was comfortable and the room decor was pleasant with plenty of storage. There were spare towels which was helpful. There was good selection of TV services when it worked.

The walls and connecting door to the adjoining property was so thin we could clearly hear the conversations of the people staying there. That was unsettling because it felt like we also could be heard which meant we were constantly whispering because we didn't feel like we had much privacy. There was also a gap between the connecting door and door frame and you could see when the lights were on in the apartment next door. Although the mattress was comfortable the bed frame was very wobbly and would knock against the wall with even the slightest movement we placed a blanket round the headboard to help combat this problem. We also found an old t-shirt that did not belong to us down the back of the bed. The wifi was good on the first couple of days but then stopped working, only to start working on the again last day. The lack of internet made watching the internet connected TV almost impossible. There was no cleaning service during our stay.

The location was ideal for skiing/snowboarding as well as getting equipment. Utah is beautiful and we enjoyed our time in Park City. The beds were comfortable.

The place was extremely dirty. There was food/liquid splashed on the ceiling above the counter, the ceiling in the master bedroom, multiple walls in the master bedroom and wall in the living room. The place is not updated each year and was extremely careworn. The certificate in the room for residency, displayed on the door, expired in September 2022. There was no information about the room, facilities, wifi or local area in the room. It was merely a place to rest when not skiing or out in the city.
