Right on the malecon, Great price, good use of space, privacy screen made private bedrooms work

Our unit , #3,was right in the middle of where all guests congregated. The noise from music by the office was disturbing and late.

Our stay with exceptional, the rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious with everything you need to enjoy a stay in Loreto. Plenty of secure parking if needed and the location can't be beat with easy access to all of Loreto + bikes! We also had access to the upstairs deck which of course is a phenomenal place to relax and take advantage of the breath taking view, especially the sunrise! Blanca, the host, was very helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our group when we checked in quite late. This will always be the first place I call in Loreto to stay.

This is an adorable brand new, beautifully designed and appointed set of 3 rooms right on the Malecon in Loreto. Unobstructed ocean view. Super comfortable beds and linens, fully equipped kitchen, all furniture, bathroom fixtures and appliances including ceiling fans and air conditioning all new, modern and in perfect working order. The bilingual owner, Pancho, is on-site and takes great pride in his property and delivering great host service. There is a very good coffee shop as part of the building, with excellent coffees and baked goods. The location is amazing, just walk across to the Marina for sea excursions, or the beach. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The second floor studio room is so beautiful with a large deck and quieter off the street. I loved my stay here and intend to stay here again!

I loved my stay and will stay again. That said, Potential guests should be aware that it is indeed RIGHT on the street level of the Malecon. So there is traffic noise, and pedestrians who walk right past the bedroom windows. I stayed midweek and the noise was minimal. However, if it was a high season or the weekend it might be noisy. For people wanting a quiet, more isolated private beach retreat, this might not fit. Otherwise, fantastic! Cannot beat the location, the nice amenities and the reasonable price!

Great location right on the Malecon with view of the water. Hot shower with great pressure. Comfortable bed. The people next to us left their dog locked in the room all day as they went out to play. It barked incessantly. Why take your dog if you're going to abandon it all day? We told Pancho and he immediately called the people and dealt with the problem. He followed through with us the next morning. Great service!

Just a reminder it's on the Macon so it can get noisy at times but we expected that and it's a trade off. It would be nice to have a screen on the door or window so that you can open to hear the sea?

The host was incredibly nice and helpful. He was a delightful part of our stay there. The unit looked out on the beach and ocean, and we could hear the waves at night. There isn’t a full wall between bedrooms so not a lot of privacy, but the location was so incredible and the host was so nice that we didn’t really care.

The bathroom had a strange design so shower spilled all over the floor. There was also a little issue with the door. But these were very minor issues, and are probably only because it is a very new listing. We were very happy with the unit.
