Cleanliness, the room and the friendliness I was greeted with
The customer service when we asked for help regarding the blow dryer was abysmal. The workers didn't want to help and made it quite obvious

It’s located on a noisy location. I could hear the traffic noise as if I am standing on the street.
The walls are so thin that I have to call the front desk to complain about the noise coming from my next door. They were talking loudly and stomping around until 11::00 pm. The other room had a baby crying on and off. I had a very bad experience in this hotel.

Nick was very welcoming and the rooms were very clean. The room looks very moderen as well and I loved the huge mirror next to the bed. The restroom was also very clean and pleasant.

A decent location, very close to the freeway. The room was clean, looked just like the pictures. Very spacious and well lit.
The water pressure in the restroom was not the best and I didn’t like having to park my car in the street as there was not enough parking.

The room was amazing and great bed and bathroom with clean shower with great water pressure. The staff was very helpful when we needed additional towels. The parking is great and secure.
Nothing but the lobby needs some help with decorating.

Maid service only 1st day. Did not replenish coffee. No tea. Took opened soap, but did not leave a new one.
Neither bedside lights or floor lamp worked.
Towels looked like car wash rags, no hand towels.

They waited for us to check in late in the middle of the night. Customer service was great. Our hair dryer was broken but they immediately brought a replacement.
The smell from the blankets and pillows were quite strong and overwhelming, stuck to my clothes and difficult to fall asleep to.

This was a spacious and new property. It was clean and comfortable. No major complaints. Liked that the parking was in the back of the property and well lit at night.
The lobby was weird - it felt like just a random room with a small desk. Could hear some traffic noise at night. I'd describe this as nice but a little weird. The sofa in the room at the foot of the bed looked a little dirty. And so many mirrors.

I loved that the rooms were all inside the building & the rooms were soo big and had beautiful mirrors.

TV remote didn't work. The plugs in the table next to the bed didn't work. The AC could barely cool the room even set at 61°. Very hard to close the curtains all the way to keep it dark in the room. Lack of signage in the hallways to indicate where you need to go.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I had to book last minute and I won't be booking with this hotel again. Lesson learned. The walls are too thin and I heard inappropriate activity in the next room. The elevator smelled of marijuana, the refrigerator made loud noises so I had to unplug it, and I felt uncomfortable sleeping in the room. The doors to the back entrance remained opened until 11:00pm which is unsafe for checked in guests. You can tell by the appearance of the lobby that this place unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else for $125 a night. This place wasn't worth it.

Did not feel very safe here. It should be the "AUSTERE" hotel. Needs some art or furniture in hallways to make finding your room a little easier. Very confusing layout.
