My three daughters and I stayed a day here since we have an interview in USM. It has magnificient view from the living room and bedrooms both during the day and at night. Spacious and suitable for a family. Kelvin was super nice. Will definitely come again.
I am not complaining since its worth more.

The location was chosen for 1 night as close to the airport and we had an early morning flight. Beautiful balcony, lovely and clean and an amazing pool. The best pool on our Malaysia trip. The views were amazing. Visit the Penang War museum next door. Very interesting.
Only 1 small food hall to eat. Nothing nearby.

The view was excellent, the rooms were huge. A spacious place for gathering and bonding session with your family members.
Cleanliness of the house is poor. There are spiderwebs and big spiders everywhere around the house especially the corners. Big lump of dust hanging from the ceiling fan.
The toilet is not well maintained. We had some drainage problem in the toilet.
