Amazing value for price. Comfy spacious rooms, great pool, fire pits and bbqs out back, great location, even a breakfast

I love that this place is close to the national park and I was there to see the sunset and changed my plan to stay there and drive safely in the morning. Very clean with a nice green area around it, I wish I had more time to have breakfast and enjoy the greenery around the pool.

The reception staff were super friendly, warm and welcoming. The room was generally very clean.
Dozens of fruit flies (?) crowding around any source of light, including my portable reading light, which necessitated not reading at all. The washbasin had caked-on old toothpaste.

For the price there was only a fridge in the room, no hairdryer etc. The restaurant was shabby and the “free” breakfast consisted of toast, stale cereal and a limit of 1 cup of coffee! Not sure about dinner there as it only offered Indian food. Apparently if you spend more than one night, there is no housekeeping offered. Bathtub doesn’t have any non slip mat or strips so that posses a danger to people as in falling.

Too pricey with the motel.

Room was clean
Toilet was not good and the flush was not working. SInce the stay was only for few hours, we didn't face the big problem.

The location wasn't bad and close to Tobermory - just a 6 minute drive into town.
The exact room size was listed on other sites for $100 LESS and when we tried to cancel or get the lower rate, we were refused. The stairs up to the second floor room and rocked and sagged when we walked on them; felt very dangerous. The upper 'deck' was covered in bird poop. The room was listed as a "Queen" but only had a double bed. The window facing the road was full of mold and water. The sink wasn't fixed to the wall so it rocked when you used it, and the toilet itself was installed 2" from the wall so that you had to sit sideways on it to use it.

It was a very convenient location for a day in Tobermory. It was nothing special but staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was amazing for the price. Large room good for 6 adults. Nice touch with the outdoor lights and swings.
Staff communication was a bit poor. We weren't informed of what's available at check-in so we missed out on breakfast. Wifi also didn't work well in our room.
