Located on a quiet street we were able to sit on the front porch and enjoy the view surrounded by tropical plants and flowers.
Lock box is awkward to use.
Batteries were missing from tv controls.

Great layout, walkable neighborhood, close to shopping & travel venues
Had some issues with cockroaches in several rooms including kitchen. Cobwebs in master bath

The home was very nice and worked perfectly for us. I loved the layout of the bedrooms, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms very nice.
The keypad was in the front but the parking was in the back. They asked us to wash a load of clothes and start the dishwasher but did not supply soap for either so we had to purchase laundry soap and didn't use the dishwasher.

Couldn't get keys from front keylock box had to call office but had a spare box.
