Location was excellent, easy walk into the old town. Plenty of stirs and restaurants nearby. The property is contemporary with excellent space very comfortable bed. So enjoyed the pool. Living room is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Excellent bathroom with walk in shower! The reception/concierge staff (Maria & Sophie) were so lovely and always with a smile and and spot on with reservations , be it restaurants tours or boats! Gear roof top very comfortable and perfects surrounding views of Crete!

This is a delightful hotel. Clean , spacious, very central with lovely staff. We received a very warm welcome and made to feel very at home. The apartment had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. We loved it! Would definitely stay again.

Everything was brilliant.

We needed one night in Irakleio prior to our trip back to the US and this suited our needs very well. We parked right on the street in front of the building. 10 min from airport. Easy and safe 20 min walk to city center. Very quiet. Master bed very comfortable. Wine and crackers in the room-thank you! Very easy access to the room. Cheerful staff.

It is a little tight for five adults with luggage. The fifth person sleeps in the master bedroom and the other two in the living room so in effect there is no living room.

The place is amazing, spacious, design, élégant, a lot of details everywhere, just fabulous. We have been upgraded for the stay in the deluxe suite with terrasse and balcony and we were so happy. The staff super friendly and recommend us places to eat.

Great hotel, very comfortable, we really felt at home. The location is very convenient, very close to a highway exit if you want to escape Heraklion and just a 10 min walk to the Heraklion center so you don't need to look for parking downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and it has many places around for breakfast/coffee as well as super market etc. The staff were really helpful and very communicative. Would stay here again!

We recently stayed at a house in Heraklion and had a wonderful experience. The booking process through booking.com was easy and convenient. Once we arrived, the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. The check-in and check-out process was also very easy and smooth, which was much appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony that provided a great space to relax and enjoy the view. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed during our stay and when we asked for additional items like shampoos and soaps, the staff were more than happy to provide them. The location of the house was also great, only a 15-minute walk from the center of the city, making it easy to explore all that Heraklion has to offer. Overall, we highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming stay in Heraklion. With friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out, clean room, and great location, it's the perfect choice for your trip
