This place is perfect for a small family, It was clean and comfortable. The host Don is really nice and makes sure your stay is comfortable. The view is great and is convenient to drive to the town. Added bonus is the Spa which is ready to use after a long day out

A clear explanation of how to obtain a key, Location, Outside View, Cosy and Quiet Neighbourhood, Cleanliness, Not far from Taupo City, Restaurants, Cafes, and Pubs.
If there is an option for B&B, it will be a huge plus.

The studio is under the owners house so its very loud when they walk...
We had very bad weather so we wanted to watch something, the TV is huge but the remote is horrible and makes it impossible to use or choose a movie !

Just what we needed, beautiful views, loved the spa, great facility !
Bathroom was as described and a bit small but a larger bathroom was available elsewhere. Nothing else to fault

Amazing views and location, perfect for a large family gathering.
The main kitchen was not very clean. the fridge was quite dirty inside and cupboard doors in kitchen were a bit grubby. Although checkout on booking said before 11 the cleaners were there at 10 which stressed out one family member who has twin toodlers to organise.

The whole setup is done perfectly!!! I had a couple last minute changes and requests and Don was an absolute legend and was very accommodating

The location was perfect, not far from town, Don was an awesome host and we had everything we needed. We loved the spa pool which had an amazing view. Will 100% visit again
