I like how the location was comfortable and quiet

Nice, spacious home; the location and neighborhood was nice and quiet.
The owner was very responsive
The beds were very uncomfortable and the fact you pay a 225.00 cleaning fee and receive an email the morning of check out asking you to clean the dishes and take out the trash or be charged an additional 50.00 doesn't sit well with me! When we arrived, Friday there was a bag of trash left behind in the closet, used q-tips and toothbrush under the bed, and broken glass behind the sofa.
