unkempt, dirty. Too bad because the property is well and well placed. the electronic lock did not work, we had to call the support to access

everything was clean and the location was good for what we were in town for

property was not as described. only one bathroom and there wasn’t much room to move around. everything was cramped

Black out curtains would be nice.

The house was listed as available but wasn't actually available for rental. So, on the coldest day... During an ice storm and black out, I paid $500, drove over 40 min to the property, just to get no response from the host on how to get inside. I made repeated attempts to reach them until after midnight. Finally, my husband confronted the host with legal action for failure to deliver what we paid for and wow! a response comes through in less than 5 minutes.

It was home. My kids loved it

There nothing not to like. Oh yes the jets in the tube didn't work. Honestly I felt if that was something I need I should just rent it out

Support regarding no hot water. I had no hot water for 3 days. They lied and told me maintenance doesn’t work on the weekend when the maintenance person told me they do. After draining the hot water tank which was completely full of minerals and calcium deposits he said it was quite common for the hot water tanks to have problems here because of the location and water. He said that the temperature had been turned way down as well. I’m thinking the owners turned it down to save money, but the water was tepid at best and cold in the showers. Floors were filthy! I don’t wear shoes in the house and my feet immediately turned black from walking on floors. I asked them to bring a mop and I had to wait several days for that; when I mopped the floors the mop head was black with dirt (see photo)

it was nice, master bed was comfortable. it was most of what you need in the kitchen to use for your stay. For a family of 2-3 it’s great for 5 it could use more seating.

pool was closed, had we known before we booked we would have stayed elsewhere. Tenants above were noisy. for a family of five another couch or love seat would help as there was only one couch.
