The location was good for getting where I wanted. The shower was good and there were most things I needed there.easy access to building without the need for a key. hot water

Alot of noise from other rooms. Door did not quite fit the doorway so lots of light coming through from the corridor. Automatic lights turning on and off all night. No ironing facilities found. Difficulty in linking with WIFI.

facilities all work really well. comfortable sleep with a modern vibe.

we were given the code to another room at first which wasn’t great. aside from this we had a great time.

Across the road from the University of Huddersfield, nice facilities such as toaster, kettle etc. Housekeepers were lovely.

musty smell in the hallway & stairs. Also, had to ask for the laminated sheet that had the wifi access on it and no instructions about the TV (no tv channels, fire stick with other people’s profiles who i’m not sure if it belonged to past stayers or the owners and didn’t say whether I could make my own or not etc.) No instructions on how to use the oven or stove.

The room / facilities were adequate for our purpose and reasonably priced. Easy to find, though we did have our son with us. Close to where our son lives.

Information about parking could have been clearer. We parked in a designated place but went out again. When we returned 2 others were parked not leaving room for me to park in the middle & there is a drop on the driver's side. Impossible to park in the middle space. I had seen a van parked in another area so parked there. There was a long walk from there [some uphill] which would have been ok if I had only done it once [heart problem] We had settled for the night & had to call to move the car. Hadn't been told about the parking behind the building or I would have gone there.

Location. Temperature. Bed was comfy. Hot water and fridge/kitchen was great.

Could have been cleaner. Internet was intermittent. More ventilation - smell of food was stagnant in the air. Hallway was smelly and could do with a clean. Kitchen towels / tissues / clothes for the kitchen could have been provided. Cafetière would have been great. Softer lighting.
