It was comfortable and clean nice and quiet very lovely location and a beautiful well maintained and organised flat oh and the front garden was beautiful sorry we didn’t take photos I took a video and can’t upload
Maybe a bigger sofa or possibly a sofa bed but the seating was still very comfy
A sensor light at the front door would be a good idea

Comfortable, clean, close to the town and beach, not that we had time to go there, close to restaurants.
the large rug under the dining table kept puckering up and caused a tripping hazard, why not dispense with the rug and carpets and have LVT?

The flat was clean, is in a great location (close to Sainsburys, the Train Station, Beach and De La Warr Pavilion, less than a 6 minute walk each) and the landlady is very kind.

The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with Sylvia was very helpful and on hand should I have any questions re the property. There is everything that you could possibly need supplied ( a little dated but never the less very welcoming and comfortable )Internet, freeview and all kitchen appliances too!
The situation is very central for the town and also the local supermarket / all within a 5 minute walk.
If you are looking for ultra modern then this is not for you

Sylvian has everything you'll need and more. Very well equipped, very clean. I slept comfortably all week with everything local to eat and a great apartment to enjoy it all from. Would use again without a doubt.

Excellent, spacious accommodation. Very handy location. Georgie was very helpful.
Couldn't get TV to work and as dripping tap in the kitchen. Very minor quibbles!

good location, dog friendly and clean
The Wi-Fi did not work. It was on first floor so we had to keep taking the dogs down to go outside but we knew that when we booked
