The beds are too old, made noise when lay on it especially the bunk beds, we actually couldn’t use the top one. There are no tissues. And the sink was little bit smell when not using.

Checking in

If who we booked through would have told us correct information. We paid more than we wanted because we were told we had full access to the beach and that we were ON the beach. We were not on the beach and had to ride a boat shuttle that only ran if weather was perfect , and from 9-5. We were planning on evening time at beach. Our favorite time is 4-8. We had no access then. The “private” beach was also the docking spot for hundreds of snorkelers daily so huge boats were docked daily with tons of extra people. Who we booked through should have given us the correct information. We saved for a year. Out of 7 days. We got 2 beach days. The day we arrived we planned to do a late beach day. The boat shuttle wasn’t running. Very dissatisfied and feel we were either lied too or just told completely wrong information. I’ve emailed the company 4 times (2 times at beginning of stay to see if we could do anything) the facility said they couldn’t help us because of who we booked through. It was out of their hands. I’ve also filed out 3 surveys. I have not heard one word back.

I liked the many things to do very close to the property/ within walking distance. including the shuttle to the beach.

Everything was excellent. No complaints @all.

Loved the view and great hospitality. Everything was great.
