Worst experience ever. They transfer me to another lowest class hotel without informing me or giving me any information. Before going to the hotel I asked for the location and send me somewhere else location and this place already had all my information. I drove 750km and reach to hotel and left with no option to stay there as I was very tired and don’t want to look for another place.
I can’t explain even the hotel I stayed it was so low category Anyone can even imagine.
I suggest This people should be removed from any booking platform how they deal with a customer.
