Good location on the lake and nice boat landing.
Maybe a spare quilt cover for the beds for cold nights just in case.

Good location for a fisherman with a boat.
Like most of the motels in this region of Texas, there are no restaurants or stores nearby. I had to drive to the nearest town - 8 miles to have dinner or buy any food or gas.

Nothing only that I got to see my friend!
BHorrible no phone service had to go 2 miles down road. There was no store owner was rude and it had roaches and bed bugs!
